Kosher red cherries

Cherry series: kosher red wine. From a screen of Cabernet Sauvignon and a boat from the finest plots of the winery. Creates in natural spontaneous fermentation with melolactic fermentation in barrels, and another year and a half aging in barrels. This is a 'new world' style wine with a hint of the Australian Cabernet-Shiraz ionization style.

Kosher red cherry light series

Kosher red wine, from a screen of Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and a boat from elite departments in the vineyard of Maor Winery in Tel Fares. The wine underwent 20 days of soaking, malolactic fermentation in barrels and aging for a year and a half in French oak barrels. This is a "new world" style relative to the rest of the winery's wines, and a bit of a nod to the Australian red wine style. A little patience in the glass will release from the wine concentrated aromas of berries, coffee and chocolate. The wine will reach its peak in 2025.

Red cherries 2015

Red Cherry 2015 is a screen of Cabernet Sauvignon and a boat from our elite plots in the Tel Fares area. In a fully ripe manual vintage, with medium soaking we gave a full-bodied, rich and ready-to-drink wine. The wine is suitable for rich meat dishes, and under proper preservation conditions will remain at its peak at least until 2025. The wine is now sold in selected stores and restaurants.

Red Cherries 2014

Red Cherries 2014 from Maor Winery has long since run out of winery stock. Anyone who still finds or possesses such a bottle is lucky. The wine in our estimation is only now at its peak, and is expected to hold in good conditions for many more years, like all our red wines from the 2014 vintage.

Red cherries 2013

The 2013 vintage was the first vintage in which we produced our kosher wine - cherry. To our delight, this was an excellent vintage year (it can be assumed that anyone who reads these lines knows this even without us ...) and combined with the selection of the best vineyard plots, we produced a wonderful and unique red wine. The wine beyond being kosher is a wonderful complementary product to our other two red wines - Tel Fares and Givat Oracha as a new world style wine with a slight Australian accent. The wine has long since run out of winery stock.
